Corporate Health Risk Assessment
 
These are the steps for corporate:

Step 1. Make contact with WHF and set up a blood draw/wellness combo

  1. blood draw dates
  2. roll-out meeting dates- led by WHF Wellness dept. These meetings help to educate employees regarding the wellness program.

Step 2. Work with WHF to market the program.

  1. we provide the flyers, posters and any other materials needed
  2. locate and train the wellness champions at your site.

Step 3. After the blood draws and HRA’s are completed, a management report will be created for companies with more than 50 participants and a meeting will be set to review the report.

Step 4. The management report will help the company and WHF in planning the next steps in creating a healthy worksite.

Step 5. Continued planning for the wellness program.
